Recently in Hanoi, Vinacore International Consulting, Services and Trading joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the Employment Service Center under the Department of Home Affairs of Yen Bai Province, organized a departure ceremony for 14 workers from Yen Bai to work in Japan under a placement program managed by Yamazaki Vietnam Co., Ltd.
After completing a six-month Japanese language training course at the Vinacore Language Center, all selected candidates met the mandatory requirements for language proficiency and cultural orientation prior to departure. The training not only focused on language acquisition but also prepared the workers for adapting to the Japanese working environment and culture.
During their preparation and departure process, the company provided non-profit financial support to all participating workers. Under the placement program, each worker will be employed for a three-year term at two bamboo shoot processing plants located in Shizuoka and Yamagata Prefectures, with a monthly salary of over VND 30 million.
This marks the first time the Yen Bai Employment Service Center has partnered with Vinacore International Consulting, Services and Trading Joint Stock Company and Yamazaki Vietnam Co., Ltd. to send local laborers to Japan under an official labor export program.
It is known that Yamazaki Vietnam Co., Ltd. currently operates a bamboo shoot processing factory in Tran Yen District, Yen Bai Province. Upon completing their contracts in Japan, workers who wish to return to Vietnam will be offered employment opportunities at the company’s factory in Hung Khanh Industrial Cluster, Tran Yen District.
At the departure ceremony, the workers were provided with comprehensive information regarding flight schedules, immigration procedures, job responsibilities in Japan, as well as guidance on daily life, cultural etiquette, and relevant legal regulations. Additionally, they received support to finalize all necessary documentation, including visas, employment contracts, insurance, and exit procedures.
